Legally speaking, there is no right of return on digital obtained products. But if you are dissatisfied after downloading the product, please let us know. We will gladly help you until you are satisfied.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

With purchasing physical products (not personalized), you can without reasoning terminate an agreement within 14 days after the arrival of your products.

  • Notify in writing within 14 days of receiving the products that you wish to make use of the right of return. This can be done by sending an email to info@printjefeestje.nl. State: order number, name, address, telephone number and the products for which you wish to revoke the agreement.
  • You will receive a confirmation from us with the address where the products can be returned to. Never return the products to the address stated on your package.
  • The products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of our confirmation of the cancellation of the agreement.
  • After the products have been returned to us or you have been able to prove that the products have been sent, we will refund the amount of your order as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. If you return the entire order, we will refund the entire order amount (including shipping costs). In the case of incomplete returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note:

  • The products must still be in the original packaging and it must not be unnecessarily damaged by opening.
  • The products must be complete and undamaged.
  • The products must be properly packaged so that they cannot be damaged during transport.
  • The customer is responsible for the return. We therefore advise to send the package with track and trace. If you cannot provide a track and trace code after the package has been lost, we cannot refund the returned products.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Received a damaged package, error on our part or another complaint?

If a package/product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via ..... Send a photo of the damaged product so that we can see what went wrong and solve the problem as quickly as possible. In this case, of course, other conditions and guarantees apply than those stated above.
